Pryority Lifestyles was awarded another gong at the 2021  Housing Industry Awards Perth Housing Awards for our recent South Fremantle project.  Judges noted its sympathetic design, attention to detail, and modern elegance.

Another award was presented to Pryority Lifestyles at the 2019 HIA CSR Western Australian Housing Awards. This award provides direct entry into the National Housing Awards, representing the best of WA:

• Winner - Townhouse/Villa Development.

At the 2019 Housing Industry Association Awards Pryority Lifestyles' Hamptons Estate caught the eye of the Perth Housing Awards judges who commented on the incredible detail and authenticity of the development. Pryority Lifestyles was very proud to win two awards and be a finalist in three other categories:

• Overall Winner - Townhouse/Villa Development across all price categories

• Winner - Townhouse/Villa Development $1,500,5001 and over

• Finalist - Spec Home $750,001 & Over

• Finalist - Framed Housing $500,001 - $800,000

• Finalist - Townhouse / Villa of the Year $400,001 & Over

In our first ever project Pryority Lifestyles was a finalist in all three Housing Industry Association Awards it entered in 2018:

• Spec Home up to $500,000

• Framed Housing $350,001 - $550,000

• Small Lot Housing $350,001-$550,000.

This is an incredible achievement for such a new building firm, but we feel great things are on the horizon, and people are just starting to notice.
