We are across every detail because we work on the tools, onsite, not just in the office, to ensure projects are progressing properly, and to the high standard we expect. We regularly communicate with clients on the progress of the project and make sure clients are kept up to date, at every stage. This personalised service allows clients to be confident that their project is progressing, as planned.

 

We can design and build a dream home or renovation for our clients, we can collaborate with architects to bring their design to life, and we believe in our skills and creativity so much that we design and build our own projects.

We focus on only two to three projects a year, which allows us to focus our attention and provide a high level of supervision. This results in impeccable quality and allows us to reach the high standards we set.

BUILDER

After many years in the building industry working as a carpenter and Building Supervisor, Donovan took the plunge and opened his own building firm. He saw that clients were crying out for a builder who could focus on details, who understood every aspect of a project from a practical perspective and could communicate effectively.

​

Focussing on all the details that can make a house a home, Donovan strives to ensure clients dreams are realised, and every aspect of the design and build is achieved, on time, and on budget.

​

Donovan loves to nut out all the little details and particularly loves trying to match heritage features across a build, for a seamless renovation. He prides himself on being able to take a concept and turn it into a functional design.

With a passion for big and small builds, Donovan wants you to live the lifestyle you desire.

Donovan Pryor has extensive experience in the building industry, including his role as Co-owner, Company Director, and Project and Building Supervisor at Positiva Building (2010-2015).  During this time he supervised many notable residential and commercial projects.
